Tobias
Walraven

Managing Director / CEO

Tobias Walraven has a long track record as a successful entrepreneur and hands-on corporate business builder in the communication service industry. After founding in 1985 one of the first true CRM outsourcing companies, SNT, he doubled the size each year and realised a succesfull IPO early 2000. With the buy & build that followed, involving more than 25 acquisitions through out Europe, he managed as CEO to develop the company into a leading European player with more than €550M revenues in 2004. Since then through his involvement with several innovative CRM start-ups and his own ventures including The Webcarecomany, he has remained constantly aware of the latest developments in the sector allowing him to bring together the right skilled people and relevant state of the art bussinesses to create RIFF. With his track record and personal drive Tobias is clearly the right person to manage the global buy & build strategy that will grow RIFF towards global market leadership.

van der Schelde

Chief Financial Officer

Bert can be described as a hands-on experienced CFO that operates where Finance, IT and Commerce are coming together in high pace environments. He was successful in bringing Mendix, the high growth global software company, to the next level of maturity. Prior to this success at Mendix he transformed as CFO Logica Plc’s $ 1.5B outsourcing business from individual local businesses to a global outsourcing business with operational delivery centers in India, The Philippines, Morocco and Eastern-Europe. Through various finance director functions in large and scale-up companies and service oriented organisations including his Finance Director and CFO roles at Boskalis Westminster and Logica Plc. Bert built up a strong international experience in all aspects of finance.

Michel la Pierre, working for RIFF since March 2018, has a broad experience with the combination of Consumer Excellence Strategy and Digitalisation. He has more than 18 years of commercial experience, more than 10 years of digital experience and he has been active in executive functions for more than 8 years. As an entrepreneur he has started and scaled-up several businesses. He implemented far-reaching improvement programs. He worked for Dutch companies and agencies, and he organised the introduction of international companies on the Dutch market. Michel is a sure evangelist of ‘the era of the consumer' and 'the rate of disruption'. He believes that every person's natural goal is having a good relation with his surroundings. That is why he works with such energy and passion to improve and strengthen the day-to-day relationship between man and organisations.

Martijn has been active for over 11 years within the digital marketing business. He is an experienced online marketing professional with a proven track record in digital advertising. For the past 10 years he has been at RIFF, working with corporate and international clients to deliver online success through technology and consultancy.
RIFF is one of the fastest growing Premier Google Partners globally. Strengthened by the intensive partnership with Google, it delivers the best results for clients using the latest dynamic advertising solutions. Martijn oversees the global Google partnership.
As Managing Director of RIFF APAC, Martijn focuses on expanding RIFF’s well established business in fast growing markets across the APAC region.

Manager RIFF Digital Marketing

Karen Pasman joined RIFF in june 2014 as an allround marketeer. She has worked in online marketing since the first internet bubble burst in 2000 and has a background as an entrepeneur. Her strength is sharing her energy and enthusiasm with her team and motivating them to bring out the best. She believes marketing is a business of stories and how to tell them.

Anne-Mieke
Steensma

Manager RIFF Digital Engagement

Anne-Mieke Steensma joined RIFF in October 2016. She is a result orientated all round people manager. By working in companies like Samsung, Vodafone, T-Mobile and UPC she has experience in leading high performance teams and is very capable in making the connection with and the inclusion of people. She has a clear commercial approach to improving business processes and successfully increasing efficiency and productivity whilst reducing costs and inefficiencies. Humor is an important factor for her. Anne-Mieke is a strong believer of the motto that Customer Care is an attitude, not a department (Mo Hardy).

Manager RIFF Digital Technology

Roland van Gogh, joined RIFF at 1-1-2017. His experience is on the level of delivering and supporting software platforms matching customer requirements. As a solution manager and operations manager at his previous employer he successfully aligned development teams with the business of clients. Roland is a strong believer in adding the human factor in software development to deliver solutions that create business value.
